The Public Health Research Academy for Native High School Students introduces AI/AN high school juniors and seniors to the diverse world of public health sciences and public health research. Selected students will visit Portland, OR in June to attend a week-long experience featuring classroom lectures, hands-on research in the field, and opportunities to meet public health researchers working in tribal communities. The learning continues with regular Zoom webinars and completion of a mentored research project of the students’ choosing.
