Established in 1972, the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB or the Board) is a non-profit tribal advisory organization serving the forty-three federally recognized tribes of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Our mission is to eliminate health disparities and improve the quality of life of American Indians and Alaska Natives by supporting Northwest Tribes in their delivery of culturally appropriate, high quality healthcare.

This newly created position will support the development and implementation of the Northwest Tribal Data Hub. The goals of the Data Hub project include promoting Tribal public health infrastructure and data sovereignty by increasing the Northwest Tribes’ access to accurate and actionable data on their communities. This position will work directly with the NW Tribes and NPAIHB program staff to modernize Tribal public health data systems.
Applicants MUST reside (or be willing to relocate to) Oregon, Washington, or Idaho.
