Established in 1972, the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB or the Board) is a non-profit tribal advisory organization serving the forty-three federally recognized tribes of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Our mission is to eliminate health disparities and improve the quality of life of American Indians and Alaska Natives by supporting Northwest Tribes in their delivery of culturally appropriate, high quality healthcare.

We're hiring for the Clinical Support Services Division Director.
The Clinical Division Director leads the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board’s Clinical Projects Team growing of 35 public health professionals who support research, evaluation, training, technical assistance, and resource development to promote and advance Tribal clinical program health. The Division Director works closely with Tribal, urban and Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities, Tribal and community-based partners, Tribal communities, state and federal funding agencies, Indian Health Service and other federal agencies, and State Health Departments.
The Clinical Division Director leads a team of change agents whose work is rooted in NPAIHB’s values and walks alongside one another on the path of restoring the human spirit through collective action and communal care.
