Meeting Details
The 2026 October Quarterly Board Meeting (QBM) will be hosted by the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe at the Snoqualmie Casino Hotel in Snoqualmie, WA, October 27–29, 2026.
We are kindly requesting that all attendees register for the July QBM no later than October 10, 2026.

Travel Reimbursement Information
The NPAIHB will be implementing a new travel reimbursement process.
Each Delegate will be required to complete a W-9 form before reimbursement (this is a one-time form, once completed, you will not need to fill it out again for any future NPAIHB travel).
Send this form to qbm@npaihb.org anytime prior to QBM.
If you are unable to complete the virtual form, a physical copy will be available on the first day of QBM (10/27/2026).
Please complete as soon as possible to ensure NPAIHB’s ability to get you reimbursed before traveling home.
