The Northwest Tribal Diabetes Conference is hosted by the Western Tribal Diabetes Project
with support from the Portland Area Indian Health Service and the Portland Area Tribal Leaders
Diabetes Committee members. Those working with a Northwest Special Diabetes Program for
Indians (SDPI) are invited to discuss diabetes Best Practices. Northwest SDPI programs will have
an opportunity to share ideas and gather information on Best Pratices, DPP, and SDPI grants.
