Description: In observance of the National Physical Fitness and Sports month in May, we are bringing together a panel of speakers to share strategies to get people of all ages moving while adapting physical activities to practice social distancing during COVID and recruiting efforts to get participation. Engaging in regular physical activity alleviates stress, increases relaxation, improves health, boosts energy, enhances sleep, and much more. There are many fun activities to keep your family and communities engaged in daily physical activity.
Learning Objectives: At the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
