March 5, 2016 –
Susan G. Komen Oregon and SW Washington is proud to announce that the 2016 Breast Cancer Issues Conference will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016. This year, our keynote speaker is Annie Parker, a three time cancer survivor, author of the book and inspiration for the film Decoding Annie Parker. The conference will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in Portland from 8:00am to 3:30pm. We once again expect to host over 350 survivors, co-survivors and health care providers. This event presents a great opportunity for visibility for your business or organization!
The 2016 Breast Cancer Issues Conference provides survivors, support persons, and health care professionals the opportunity to learn about and discuss breast cancer topics with leading oncologists, doctors, researchers and fellow survivors. Topics will cover emerging research and treatment options, breast cancer risk reduction and quality of life issues.
I have attached a letter with more information about the conference and the exhibitor application to this email. Please take a look and return the application and payment no later than January 22, 2016 if you are interested in being a part of the Community of Resource Exhibitors.
