January 2026 Quarterly Board Meeting

NPAIHB is excited to announce that the first QBM of 2026 will be hosted at NPAIHB’s own building in Portland, OR. The January QBM will take place from January 12, to January 15 at the NPAIHB Lovejoy Building, 920 NW 17th Ave, Portland, OR 97209
We are kindly requesting that all attendees register for the January QBM no later than December 22, 2025.
Lodging:
NPAIHB has negotiated a rate of $155.00/night + applicable taxes for hotel rooms at Residence Inn by Marriott.

There is no parking on the premises. Residence Inn by Marriott does provide valet parking, which is $55 per day. Additionally, there is off-site parking across from the hotel, which costs $12 per day.
Venue Information:
Parking
The Lovejoy Building is street parking only, therefore NPAIHB has secured an agreement with our neighbors Radio Cab to utilize part of their lot for off street parking at no cost to our delegates and attendees. Radio Cabs has provided 10 parking spaces for guests.
Shuttle
NPAIHB recognizes that parking is limited therefore, we are offering a shuttle service from the hotel which is a 10-minute walk between the hotel and the Lovejoy Building. The shuttle service will run on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the following times:
T, W: Morning:
7:30am-9:00am drop off at NPAIHB
T, W: Afternoon:
5:00pm-6:00pm drop off at Residence Inn by Marriott
Thursday:
Pickup – 7:30am-9:00am | Drop Off -10:30am-11:00am
