Meeting Purpose:	The purpose of this meeting is for planning, coordination, and collaboration with the 9 Oregon Tribes, NARA, NPAIHB and OHA.

1) Review meeting minutes, agenda updates		All
Background: Review notes and follow-up from the last meeting to ensure progress. Is there any added agenda items?
2) Tribal Priority List Review		All
Background: The priorities list is the guiding document for current work of Tribal Affairs. Working with OHA, the tribes will decide which areas will be focused on first and foremost.
3) OHP eligibility/enrollment move		Nadja Jones
Background: OHP eligibility/enrollment from OHA to DHS update and discussion.
4) Aging and People with Disabilities Briefing Regarding the SPL Changes		Jane-Ellen Weidanz
Background: This was initially discussed with the Tribes in July. APD would like to share data requested and share resources and supports.
5) Tribal Consultation Policy Update		All
Background: We need to review 2^nd draft to move closer to finalizing.

Background: Presentation and review of division grids that were provided at the 770 meeting on August 23.
7) Behavioral Health Collaborative		Royce Bowlin
Background: Monthly updates and discussion for the BHC work with tribes.
8) Alcohol, Tobacco, and Drugs Tribal Policy Specialist Position		Luci Longoria
Background: Public Health-Health Promotion Chronic Disease Prevention Section would like input from tribes on the recruitment process for this vacant position.
9) Substance Abuse Prevention Block Grant Discussion		Lilian/Tim/Luci
Background: Tribes would like to discuss with HPCDP/Public Health, the proposed prevention budget for the block grant application.
10) MOU discussion for immunizations, vaccines and lab testing.		Sarah/ Cecile

You're invited this Saturday, September 9th at 11:00 AM for the Community Honoring Ceremony, where we will honor our volunteers and partners. Then stick around for the 8th Annual Neerchokikoo Powwow with Grand Entry at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM. It's all happening on our campus here at 5135 NE Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 9721 8.
Each year at this community event we celebrate members of our community for their contributions to the important work that NAYA does to enhance the lives of our youth, families, and Elders. We will have some great vendors with Native American arts & crafts, Killer Taco Frybread Booth, children's activities, raffle prizes, with plenty of drumming and dancing.

Bring the whole family and experience the fun and exciting culture of the Portland Native American Community! See you there!
