We are excited to announce that the 2026 April QBM will be hosted by the Lummi Nation at the Silver Reef Casino Resort in Ferndale, WA. The April QBM will take place from April 28, to April 30
We are kindly requesting that all attendees register for the January QBM no later than April 17, 2026.

Travel Reimbursement Information
The NPAIHB will be implementing a new travel reimbursement process.
Each Delegate will be required to complete a W-9 form before reimbursement (this is a one-time form, once completed, you will not need to fill it out again for any future NPAIHB travel).
Send this form to qbm@npaihb.org anytime prior to QBM.
If you are unable to complete the virtual form, a physical copy will be available on the first day of QBM (4/28/2026).
Please complete as soon as possible to ensure NPAIHB’s ability to get you reimbursed before traveling home.
