Overview
The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB or Board) offers years of experience in Indian health advocacy, legislation formation, health promotion disease prevention, data surveillance and maintenance, and training and technical. NPAIHB’s policy is to share resources throughout Indian Country in keeping with our mission to “assist Northwest tribes to improve the health status and quality of life of member tribes and Indian people in their delivery of culturally appropriate and holistic health care.”
Most NPAIHB publications are available to the public including health reports, budget analysis, congressional testimony, white papers, and quarterly newsletters consisting of timely information. To the left are links to our publications by subject area.
