Northwest Indian College Foundation is honored to hold a new endowment in the name of Billy Frank, Jr. called the
Billy Frank, Jr. Natural Resource & Tribal Sovereignty Endowment.
To kick off fundraising efforts benefiting this endowment and our new 4-year degree in Native Environmental Science we are
hosting a day of events in concert with National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) mid-year conference on June 1, 2008 in Reno, Nevada.
