The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, in partnership with the Indian Health Service Portland Area Office (IHS-PAO)and the Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians will be convening a Northwest Roundtable on Health Reform and the Indian Health System.
The roundtable will be held at the DownTown Embassy Suites in Portland, Oregon on June 2-3, 2009.

We have included our moderator, Gary Leva, who has extensive experience as an administrator in the Indian health system.
We have also built time on the agenda to participate in the NCAI-NIHB Webinar on health reform that is happening on the same day as our session.
We have added Dr. Frank James to provide an overview on addressing AI/AN health disparities in the context of health reform.
